1983 Kramer Focus 2000 Black: Kramer introduced the Focus Series of models to offer more affordable versions of their USA made guitars.  The Focus 2000 was the made-in-Japan version of the Pacer and this example comes from the very first year of production with what is known as the "classic" headstock shape.  Some even speculate that these early versions were made with leftover USA parts.  Being lower in price the Focus models were also the prime candidate for hot-rodding and modifying.  This example now sports a pair of Dimarzio humbuckers and a Floyd Rose licensed Jackson double-locking tremolo and the back of the neck, originally a natural finish, has been painted black.  This 1983 Kramer Focus 2000 is a real rocker at a really rockin' price!  With gig bag.  Buffalo Bros price: $250 Stock #UGB33332. photo

JUST IN!! Used! Reverend Pete Anderson PA-1 Satin Vintage Clear: Reverend has teamed up with country/roots-rock guitar legend and Grammy winning artist/producer Pete Anderson for their first hollowbody.  Pete wanted a vintage look, but with upgraded performance that today's players would appreciate.  The satin finish and vintage appointments project a low key "pawnshop prize" look that belies the guitars high performance design.  All the growl and twang you'd expect from a P-90 loaded hollowbody, but with key improvements such as the UNI-BRACE.  This is a new single brace structure that starts at the neck block and ends with a block under the bridge.  It is the full depth of the body, but only about a 1/2 inch wide, and runs under the bass side of the body only.  The Uni-Brace creates several advantages.  Divides the body which reduces internal air movement, greatly reducing uncontrollable feedback at stage volume.  Connects the bridge block to the neck block, greatly increasing sustain.  This also increases structural integrity, preventing the neck from tilting upwards over time (a common problem with conventional hollowbodies).  Stiffens the bass side of the body, which reduces uncontrollable howling and increases clarity of the low strings.  Does all of the above, and still delivers classic full-hollow tone!  With hard shell case.  Buffalo Bros price: $1250 Stock #UGB34228. photo

1984 Rickenbacker 360WB Autumnglo:  This is one very cool guitar with the double binding (thus the WB designation) and high output single coil pickups. That classic Ricky tone just screams from this and there's enough honest wear to show it was played many years because of it!  Wear on the back includes a 2" x 3" patch to the wood, and assorted nicks and dings on the top. Comes with hardcase too!  $2500  Stock #UGB33934 photo

1960 Supro Val Trol Natural ~~~ RARE VERSION ~~~: "Cool" just doesn't do this one justice. Supro models are generally remembered for the fiberglass bodies, however this example features a wood body that's been chambered for weight relief as well as to accomodate the wiring for the pickups and switching system. Speaking of those pickups, this example not only features a pair of magnetic pickups it is also outfitted with a bridge transducer, an option only available for 1960. Each pickup has dedicated volume and tone controls, 3-way slider switch allows selection of each pickup and a master volume tops things off. The neck is straight with a comfy "D" shape for excellent playability. These are getting to be few and far between these days and this rare variant of the Supro Val Trol is one you won't want to miss out on. With hard shell case. Buffalo Bros price: $1500 Stock #UGB30728. PHOTO

1956 Vega E-221 TD: The Vega Company was best known in the early part of the 20th century for their banjos, but like most musical instrument manufacturers, they "rolled with the times" and brought out products that popularity demanded. As tenor banjos gave way to arch top guitars, they produced some excellent sounding arch top guitars. After the war years, when most guitars became amplified, the turned to the Harmony Company of Chicago to produce bodies which they then added necks, pickups and controls. The E-221 is a fine example of one of these guitars. A thin body, single cutaway Harmony (think upscale Harmony Rocket) to which Vega added two single coil pickup swith volume and tone controls. The guitar sounds great, extremely versatile, with a cool vintage vibe. With hard case. $1500 Stock#UGC34203
