1) Upon receipt of an instrument, you have a 48-hour approval period. If it does not meet your expectations, call us right away. Please ship the instrument packed safely in the same shipping carton it arrived in.
2) You pay for shipping both ways.
3) If you use a credit card, we charge an additional 3.1% fee on the total amount to cover our expenses.
4) Allow time for the instrument to open up and for you to adjust. Don't

Uncollected funds or "NSF" checks are subject to a $50 check
fee. Any fee imposed by our bank due to a returned check
is the sole responsibility of the person who wrote the check.
