1989 G&L ASAT Bass "Signature Model" Natural Ash: (VG++) Something about seeing Leo Fender's Signature on the body of these "signature models" has always appealed to us as cool as can be! And since Leo Fender is the Father of the electric solid body bass (that's right folks - it never existed before - he invented it!) it just seems natural that at his last company where new ideas were born and raised, his signature should grace some of them! Thus the 'signature model' was started in the late 1980's and this is a prime example of Leo brilliance. First, it has the comfortable and familiar ASAT (tele shape) body in ash with a great maple neck with an Ebony fingerboard. Twin MFD pickups with full control via mini-toggle switches for that rock bottom low-ender tone that thunders. And it has a hardcase too! $1,050. Stock #UGB27352
1983 G&L El Toro Bass Black with matching headstock: (VG-) Outside a some wear and handling marks showing this was one beloved and well played bass ~ the El Toro bass has become harder to find over the years. Is it because of the thin MFD pickups giving lowenders that resounding tone? Is it the unique switching array? Or perhaps just the well balanced Ash body and vibe this has? Maybe it's the saddle lock bridge? (Talk about stability and sustain!). Our consensus is simply that it's one great sounding and great playing bass.....what more could you want? Comes with tolex hardcase too. $1000. Stock #UGB26637
1981 G&L L-1000 (VG++) Natural finish workhorse with a Rosewood fingerboard. The previous owner was moved to tears when parting with this old friend. So he benefits, and so do you. You can now own this hallowed instrument and hold up the bottom end of your musical aggregation with pride. With hard case $1000 Stock#UGB18152 photo
