Rubio hand selects the quarter-sawn spruce top and impeccable Spanish cypress back and sides. The shellac finish is hand applied with a found in very few makers. The guitar features excellent volume, extremely responsive and open. The bass response is string without being strident, and the trebles are clear and crisp.
